Warranty & Repairs
We stand behind the quality of our products. Every XD Design backpack comes with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Although we do not offer a repair service at this time, we want to help you get the most out of your backpack. We offer a limited range of spare parts to help extend the life of your product. These include replacement zipper pullers, carabiners and the combination lock for the Bobby Bizz 2.0.
Please retain your proof of purchase, as it may be required for warranty inquiries. Claims are assessed case by case. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents or loss.
